Meet Your Coach, Bonnie

I am the creator and founder of the "Body Recharge" program, and owner of PrecisionPoint Pilates in Oakland, CA. Just like you, I am an extremely busy and aging body (3 kids, a husband, a business, and a dog). I have spent years trying to fit exercise and self-care into my life so I can thrive as a mom and business owner. Chronic knee, foot, hip, and shoulder pain have kept me from high impact, and "boot-camp" style exercises, so I have formulated a progressive low-impact routine personalized for your health and well-being. I hold 3 certifications from renown Pilates Teacher Training programs, a certification in The Hendrickson Method (Orthopedic Manual Therapy), a certification in Rehab Medicine for Pilates, and am currently studying to be a nutrition and wellness coach. FAQs

How does this work?

After purchase, you will receive an email. Log on to your Podia site with the log in information you used to purchase, and start your course! I recommend following each section step by step without skipping. 

Will I need any specific props or equipment?

You will need a foam roller, a tennis or pinky ball, and a bit of floor space. A yoga mat is helpful if you don't want to work directly on your floor (I never have clean floors, so I get it).

My feet are in a great deal of pain, is this program for me?

Please consult your health care professional before you start a new exercise regime. If you are post-partum, make sure you are at least 6 weeks out.

How can this really help me?

I have taken the time to address not only the feet, but the calf muscles and the hamstrings, as well as the low back and hips (in the last video) through roll and release, stretching, and strengthening. You need a combo of all three to get better. Also, these videos are short and super easy to follow. If you do them daily, they will help! I also offer advice on shoes and other things you can do on a daily basis outside of just movement--a proven technique that has helped myself and several of my clients!

How long will I have access to this course?

You will have access to this course for as long as Podia (where the course lives) is a thing. So you can have access to it for (hopefully) forever!

Can I use this if I have no tech skills?

Of course! Make sure you find the email that was sent to you after purchase, and log into your account. After that, all you have to do is go through each section of the course. I find it helpful to bookmark the homepage.

3. You will simply click each section from start to finish. I recommend going through each section slowly before you move on to the next. Repeat the videos (one to two videos a day) until you feel relief. If you are diligent, your feet will feel better in 5-7 days.
