Meet Your Coach, Bonnie

I am the creator and founder of the "Body Recharge" program, and owner of PrecisionPoint Pilates in Oakland, CA. Just like you, I am an extremely busy and aging body (3 kids, a husband, a business, and a dog). I have spent years trying to fit exercise and self-care into my life so I can thrive as a mom and business owner. Chronic knee, foot, hip, and shoulder pain have kept me from high impact, and "boot-camp" style exercises, so I have formulated a progressive low-impact routine personalized for your health and well-being. I hold 3 certifications from renown Pilates Teacher Training programs, a certification in The Hendrickson Method (Orthopedic Manual Therapy), a certification in Rehab Medicine for Pilates, and am currently studying to be a nutrition and wellness coach. For over 16 years I have been helping clients meet their goals, and find confidence. How can I help you?

FAQs

How does this work?

After purchase, you will receive an email. Log on to your Podia site with the log in information you used to purchase, and we start the course August 16th! I will drip out week by week. You can do the course at your own pace.

Will I need any specific props or equipment?

You will need a foam roller, a tennis or pinky ball, a squishy ball, a magic circle or pillow, a theraband, a chair, and a bit of floor space. A yoga mat is helpful if you don't want to work directly on your floor (I never have clean floors, so I get it). I will include a list of props and links in your course library.

How long will I have access to this course?

You will have access to this course for as long as Podia (where the course lives) is a thing. So you can have access to it for (hopefully) forever!

Can I use this if I have no tech skills?

Of course! Make sure you find the email that was sent to you after purchase, and log into your account. After that, all you have to do is go through each section of the course. I find it helpful to bookmark the homepage.

When do you teach live Virtual Classes?

  • Monday: 9am Beginning Flow
  • Wednesday: 12 noon Mixed Level
  • Thursday: 9am Beginning, 10am Intermediate
  • Friday:  9an Mixed Level
